Refund Policy

At BiggK Productions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our DJ services. However, please review our refund policy carefully:

• Deposits are Non-Refundable: All deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including club events, private events, weddings, and community packages.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. Cancellations made prior to this period will forfeit the deposit only.

• Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their event at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. In such cases, the deposit will be applied to the new date.

• Service Dissatisfaction: In the rare event of service dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of your event to discuss a resolution. Refunds for service dissatisfaction are at the sole discretion of BiggK Productions.
